Shipping Information

Shipping on Invitation and Accessories orders:

Our primary carrier for Invitation & Accessory sales is UPS - United Parcel Service. We can use your preferred carrier. Call (920) 362-6531 or email us with your special requests.

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order and payment. If your items would require more than 2-3 business days to print - there would be a note about the additional time needed for processing in the description of that product. Shipping charges are calculated automatically dependant on the level of service you select. 

For orders shipping within the United States, you will have the options and pricing for UPS:

  • Ground - no guaranteed time
  • 3 day air - 3 business days
  • 2 day air - 2 business days
  • Next day air - by noon next business day
  • Next day air Saver - anytime next business day

International orders will have the pricing and options for Global Express and Expedited Service. Canadian orders will have pricing for Canadian Standard and Express.

  • Business days are counted Monday through Friday. 
  • We follow the same holiday and business day schedule as UPS -See schedules listed above
  • Saturday delivery available upon request in some areas. Contact us by email or phone to request Saturday delivery.

Once your order ships you should receive an email confirmation which will have a link to your tracking information.

Most orders ship within 7 to 10 days of receiving your invitation and payment. Shipping charges are calculated automatically dependant on the shipping carrier you select and the ship to address.

We package your frame with TLC (Tender Loving Care) with the expectation that it will reach you undamaged. If the frame would be damaged in shipping, please hold onto all original packaging and labels for carrier claim. Contact us and we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Guarantee for Invitations, Favors, and Accessories:

Frame Your Day prides itself on our high quality products and excellent customer service. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you have any questions or concerns with your invitation, favors, or accessories order from Frame Your Day, contact us immediately for resolution. If the error is on our part, we will have your invitations or accessories reprinted or replaced and reshipped as quickly as possible to have your replacement items in hand in time for your event. If the error was on your part, there may be some costs involved to reprint, although we will work with you to keep any costs to a minimum.

If we are unable to reprint or repair your order, or you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, we do have the option of a refund or part or all of your order. All refund requests must be received within 15 days of the original order and are at our discretion.  Shipping cost to return product to vendor is customer's responsibility. All returned items must be in new condition. Refund will be issued once product is received by the vendor. All returned orders will be charged a 10% processing fee. Contact us for the return address and attention line for your package as all returns must go to our service representative at the specific vendor your products were ordered through.

Please contact us immediately for any order that is incorrect, incomplete, or you are not satisfied with for any reason... we will work together to get any problems resolved.

Guarantee for custom Framings:

Frame Your Day prides itself on our high quality products and excellent customer service. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your custom designed, framed invitation, we will gladly refund your purchase within 30 days of date shipped less shipping costs. Hold on to original packaging, as you will need to return your purchase with it.

Custom Orders

Invitations:

Have something specific in mind and are just not finding it anywhere? Zip us an email with a description of your design ideas and we can see what we can come up with. There are many invitation designs that are in the books and not displayed online. Many of the invitations we offer can be easily customized to be anything you need it to be.

Framing:

Most invitations will fit into one of our standard sized frames - 8x10, 10x13, or 11x14.  If your documents will require a larger frame than the standard frames - or if you had something very particular in mind that we may have to special order some flowers, mats or frames, you may be looking at a custom order framing.

We welcome custom orders and can custom frame and mat any size invitation. All custom orders will require an estimate for cost. All estimates are sent by email. On custom orders please allow a minimum of three weeks from the time we receive payment and materials to receive your completed frame.

Rush Orders

Invitations:

Our invitations and accessories processing times are pretty quick already... most orders will print and ship within 2 business days (refer to our Invitation Processing Times for more info). If you require quicker processing for any reason,  zip us an email or give us a call with your rush order request. We can see what we can do to speed up your order, although we would not be able to guarantee that we would be able to process your order any quicker than the stated time in the description of the product.

Framing:

We are able to provide rush order support for most FRAMING orders. If your materials (invitation, certificate, announcement, etc.) will fit into a standard 8x10 or an 11x14 inch frame, we will be able to rush your order to you within 3 business days (plus selected shipping time). You will need to select Express Shipping when ordering to assure rush service. If you have any questions about rush orders and our ability to ship your order within 4 business days of receiving your materials, please contact us with your questions or concerns. There will be an additional charge of $20.00 plus express shipping costs for any rush order.

Order Processing

Processing Time on Invitation Orders:

Most invitations are going to be 2 -3 business days for printing plus shipping. Business days are counted Monday through Friday, with the exception of Holidays (see holidays listed below). Shipping options to include UPS ground, 3 day, 2 day or next day air at time of placing your online order.

There are a select number of invitations that will take longer than 2-3 business days to print and ship. If an invitation would take longer than 2-3 business days, there will be a note in the description of that invitation on the site. Some examples of these invitations are any invitation out of the "Something Different" album or any magnet, engraved, letterpress printed, embossed, photo, or custom art invitation.

Processing Time on Custom Framing Orders:

Orders will be processed as soon as payment and all materials (invitation, photos, cards, swatches) are received. When you submit your order to Frame Your Day we are able to verify we have all the needed supplies to complete your order in a timely manner. If there would be anything on backorder, we would notify you by email within 24 hours of receiving your order.

On a standard order, from the time we receive your payment and materials, please allow up to 14 days plus shipping time to receive your completed frame.

Rush orders are completed within 3-4 days of receiving the payment and materials. Ship time will be dependant on the shipping method selected at time of order. Order will be shipped on the next available postal business day. 

Custom and estimated orders as subject to the availability of materials required to complete the frame. Estimated turn-around time will be declared in the estimate. Processing time will be determined by that estimate plus shipping time.

Due to changing availability of materials, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equal or better quality, color, or style. If any materials would be substituted you would be notified by email.

International Orders

All prices are listed in US currency.

Due to currency fluctuations, its not possible to list exchange rates for international orders. Please check with your bank or post office for exchange rate conversions to US dollars.

International shipping costs are calculated automatically as you place your order. We ship using United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). You choose your shipping solution when placing your order. For international orders we recommend using UPS.

All taxes, customs fees, and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer as all of these costs are levied upon arrival into the country. Contact your customs office for any duties or taxes on the import of your framed wedding invitation.

Accepted forms of Payment

Frame Your Day accepts your personal check or money order. Credit Cards: Master Card or Visa. As well as Master Card, Visa, E-checks, and debit cards through PayPal - Information about PayPal Service

If paying by Paypal (Master Card, Visa, or E-check):

If you want to pay by credit/debit card using Papal, simply select the appropriate payment method on the order form and you will be prompted for all the necessary information. If you have any questions concerning Pay Pal's service, please refer to their site at www.paypal.com.

If paying by Master Card or Visa:

If you want to pay by credit/debit card using your Master Card or Visa account, simply select the appropriate payment method on the order form and you will be prompted for all the necessary information. If we have any questions when processing your card, we will zip you an email and then follow up with a phone call.

For all International orders paid by Credit Card:

Due to the amount of fraudulent purchases with international cards, for all international orders wishing to pay with credit card, we require that a copy of both sides of the credit card be faxed to our secure fax line (920) 884-9224 to verify the card with the card holders bank. We will require the card holders name and complete address. Your order would only be  shipped directly to the billing address of the card holder. If you wish to order your invitations or a custom framing through us, please fax us a copy of both sides of the credit card along with the card holders billing information (name and address), we will verify the card within 3 business days. Once the card is verified we can proceed with the order.

We reserve the right to refuse any suspect credit cards - international or within the United States.

If you want to pay by check or money order simply select the appropriate payment method on the order form and make the check payable to:

Taxes

Wisconsin:

We are required to collect the 5% State Sales Tax by law on orders shipped to locations within Wisconsin. (***except Status Indians living on a Reserve; see below).

Brown County (Wisconsin):

We are required to collect the .5% County Stadium Sales Tax by law on orders shipped to locations within Wisconsin's Brown County.

International Orders:

We do not collect taxes for International Orders. All taxes, duties and other fees and their submission to tax authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

**At this time there are no State taxes to states outside of Wisconsin under the Internet Tax Freedom Act (USA).

***Status Indians living on a Reserve, are exempt from Taxes (State Sales Taxes) provided that the parcel is addressed to a home on the Reservation. Please phone us at 1-920-362-6531, so we may verify your tax free status under these circumstances.

Frame your Day will not collect any personal customer information unless such information is knowingly provided. Examples of such information are: name, postal address, e-mail address, and phone number. The information that we do collect is used only to process your order and assure that you are buying a unique gift for the bride and groom.

Sample invitations will be blank stock, envelopes are not included.

Samples will ship First Class Mail (United States Postal Service) and may take up to 14 days for delivery.

If you have not received your sample within 14 days, contact us and will check on the status of your sample request. Please include your name and mailing address.

Standard 8"x10" Framed Invitation

Our standard 8"x10" frame holds an invitation, matted with an acid free mat and accented with beautiful silk flowers in your choice of colors.  Check out  examples of 8x10s we have framed for other customers.

The maximum invitation/announcement size for matting:

Single matting:
6.0 x 8.0 Inch Invitation

Double matting:
                   5.5 x 7.5 Inch Invitation

If your invitation is larger that this we will need to estimate your project. We have worked with many different odd sized and odd shaped invitations.

Your invitation will be matted with a standard ivory or white mat with your choice of a single or double beveled edge available in many different colors.  If you have the extra time I can special order any color of double beveled mats that I do not stock. All mats are high quality and made of acid-free paper. We do require that you provide us with the dimensions of your invitation and any special information (IE: tri-fold invite) incase we need to special order a custom cut mat for your frame. 

We offer several color choices in 8x10 frames. These include Oak, Chestnut, Walnut, Dark Walnut, Burgundy, Black, White, Indigo Blue, Hunter Green, Silver, Gold, and Gold-leaf. All frames are made by Prinz Ltd. and have full velvet backs, two way easel stands, and wall hanging brackets.

We use ivory and white colored silk flowers and accent them with your choice of colored flowers. We can usually obtain specific flower types if you have any favorites in mind (example: My bouquet is peach roses, could you use peach silk roses as the accent flower?). We will gladly try to accommodate any special requests dependant on availability through our vendor. We highly urge you to send us color swatches so we can match your color choices as close as possible.

Our mission at Frame Your Day is to offer our customers the opportunity to be as involved as possible in the design of the custom frames they are ordering. Every order we process is unique and created with individuality in mind. If you feel you aren't the "crafty" type of person and would like to leave all the design entirely in our hands, we would love the challenge to impress you with our artistic skill and creativity.

We try to honor all requests while staying within the price frame of the options you have chosen. If there would be a price difference due to a special request, you would be notified by email. Due to changing availability of products through our vendors, we reserve the right to substitute with products of similar style and quality.

Artist's Specialty 11"x14" Framed Invitation

Our "Artist's Specialty" is an 11"x14" frame which holds an invitation and a 5x7 photo.  Check out some examples of 11x14s we have framed for our customers.

The maximum invitation/announcement size for matting:

Single matting:
5x7 photo
6.5 x 9 inch invitation

Double matting:
5x7 photo
5.5 x 8.0 inch invitation

Of course if you have a larger invitation size you can compensate and have a smaller photo matted in the framing. If your invitation and photo is larger that this we may need to go into a larger frame which will require an estimate.

Framing Display Easels

All frames are ready for table top or wall hanging display. If you desire a more formal presentation, we sell display easels in several color choices. Color choices include teak (natural), walnut, white, black, gold, burgundy, or silver.

Display Easels are available in a variety of colors The easel provides a sturdy and elegant holder for your 8x10 or 11x14 frame.

Easels are sold for $5.00 each. And can be ordered on a per frame basis.

Gift Wrapping Services for Framings

All Occasion Gift Wrapping Service Available! Frame Your Day will gift wrap your framed invitation for an additional $5.00 per frame. Included with the gift wrapping is a hand-stamped gift card that you can have us sign and send the gift directly to the bride and groom. 

Another option would be to send a signed and sealed card with your invitation and we can include your card with the wrapped frame when shipping to the bride and groom.
