Quick Answers for the most common Invitation
Questions:

Many invitations printed and shipped within 2 business days
*Business days are Monday through Friday - with the
exception of Holidays
*If your invitation requires more than 2 business days to print, there
will be a note in the description of the invitation of the full processing
time needed to print your order.
*Shipping options and pricing will be available when you check out
using our online order system. Shipping options include Ground, 3 day, 2 day
and Next day air within the continental US. If you do not receive a shipping
screen with the options to select your shipping time frame - that indicates
that the link with UPS's automate system is unavailable. Your order will ship
out ground shipping. We will try to contact you to verify if you need any
quicker shipping. But if we are unable to contact you in a timely fashion,
your order will ship out ground UPS by default.

***All Invitations require at least 2 days for printing plus the shipping
time you select in your order - in business days. (if your invitation requires
more than 2 days to print - there will be a note in the description on the

Invitation Samples
*Invitation samples are sent out as blank stock. Samples are mailed out US Postal Service. You can expect to
receive your samples within about 2 weeks.
We recommend ordering samples if you have any question about the
quality, colors or layout of an invitation stock.

Print-your-own (blank stock) invitations available
*All invitations, with the exception
of any Disney or Precious Moments Invitations, are available as blank stock if
you prefer to print your own invitations.

*Additional 20% discount is available for any invitation ordered blank
stock that is not featured in our blank stock pages.
*Most stocks will print beautifully on an inkjet or laserjet printer,
but we recommend you order a blank sample and do a test print before ordering
your blank stock invitations. Samples are free and can take up to 2 weeks to
arrive.

Multi-Lingual printing available
*Typeset printing available for any
language that uses the alpha-numeric character set (French, Spanish...)
*All non-English invitations will require a formal proof. Allow an
extra day or two for your formal proof. The formal proof will assure us both
that all the accents, formatting and spelling is correct before printing.

International sales on most invitation styles
*All invitations are available to be
printed and sold internationally with the exception of anything Disney or
Precious Moments themed.
*Due to international fraud issues, we reserve the right to refuse any
order we consider suspicious.
*All international credit cards must be bank verified and shipped only
to the billing address on the credit card account.

10% discount on entire order before shipping
*All orders receive a 10% discount at
the end when checking out using our online ordering system.
*If ordering blank stock invitations that are not featured in our
"Blank Stock" pages on the site, you will receive an additional 20% discount
manually at the time we process your credit card. More info on ordering

Online proofing available for most invitation styles
*Most invitations will provide an
online proof at the time you place your order using our online order system.
The online proof is a close representation to the invitation as it will be
printed.
*Due to their uniqueness, some invitations will not have an online
proof available. Some invitations will note in the description that there will
be a formal proof emailed for your review and approval before printing.
*If you have any question about the layout, spelling, or verse text of
your invitation order, please
email or call us with a request to have your order formally proofed.
*Formal proofs are available at no additional cost, upon request
for any invitation order. Requesting a formal proof will add at least a day
(or more) to your processing time.

Formal, black & white invitation proofs available upon
request
*We can offer complimentary black and
white formal proofs for any customer's order.
*If you have any questions about the font, layout, spelling, or verse
text with your invitation and would like to see a formal proof of your order
before we print,
email us your proof request right after you place your order so we can
process your order and send through a request to have a formal proof done on
your order.
*Requesting a formal proof will add at least a day (or more) to your
processing time.

Price matching available on verifiable - like Invitation
stocks
*Have you found the same invitation
on another site for less? We can offer price matching on identical invitations

email or call us before ordering. We must be able to verify that the
invitations are alike and the lower cost.

Taxes
*State taxes are collected for any order shipping to Wisconsin. Local taxes
are collected on orders shipping within Brown County in the state of
Wisconsin.
*We do not collect taxes for International Orders. All taxes, duties and other
fees and their submission to tax authorities are the responsibility of the
customer.
*Status Indians living on a Reserve, are exempt from Taxes (State Sales
Taxes) provided that the parcel is addressed to a home on the Reservation.
