Whether they are hand-made or purchased, favors can add that little extra something to help make your bridal shower even more special.

Chocolate Dipped Spoon     Lay out a sheet of wax paper. Can use block chocolate or chocolate chips in the flavor of your choice... milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, butterscotch. Melt your chocolate over low heat, or in microwave. Dip a plastic spoon in your melted chocolate to just below the handle. Lay flat on wax paper to harden. Once hardened, wrap in cellophane bag and tie with ribbon or decorator gold or silver wire twist ties. Perfect for a morning breakfast shower. Be sure to serve a selection of gourmet coffees for your guests to try out their chocolate dipped spoons.

Wedding Bells and Roses     Create your own chocolates. Chocolate molds are available at most craft and hobby stores, as well as many cake baking supply shops. Check for chocolate molds in wedding or theme shapes; roses, daisies, calla lilies, wedding bells, bride and groom, hearts, champagne bottles, fans, seashells, swans and more. Many molds are pre-notched to hold a lollipop stick. Melt your chocolate, place your lollipop sticks if doing lollies, pop your molds in the freezer to harden.
