What is the cost for your framings? When can I expect to receive my completed frame? Are you able to process rush orders? My invitation will not fit into the standard 8x10 or 11x14 frame , can this be framed and matted? I ordered my frame almost two weeks ago, when can I expect to receive my shipment? I sent in my materials and payment. How do I know when you have received it? I received my order, but it was damaged in shipping. What do I do now? Can you ship my order to multiple addresses? How do you protect the information I am sending to you?
The standard cost for the 8x10 framing is $65.00 plus tax (if applicable) and shipping. Our standard 8x10 is any document(s) that can be framed using a mat with a minimum of a 2" border in a 8x10 frame. The standard cost for the 11x14 framing is $90.00 plus tax (if applicable) and shipping. Our standard 11x14 is any document(s) that can be framed using a mat with a minimum of a 2" border in an 11x14 frame. On a standard order you will need to allow approximately 14 days from the time we receive your materials and payment plus shipping time dependant on the shipping method chosen. You will receive three confirmation emails throughout the processing of your order.

We are able to provide rush order support for most orders. If your materials (invitation, certificate, announcement, etc.) will fit into a standard 8x10 or an 11x14 inch frame, we will be able to rush your order to you with in 3 to 4 days. You will need to select Express Shipping when ordering in order to assure rush service. Upon receipt of your materials, we will complete your framing within 24 hours and ship on the next available postal business day. If you have any questions about rush orders and our ability to get your order to you with 3 to 4 days of receiving your materials, please contact us with your questions or concerns. There will be an additional charge of $20.00 plus express shipping costs for any rush order. Return to top of page.
Your invitation can be framed and matted, although it will require an estimate. Just fill out our quick and easy estimate form and we will return your estimate within 48 hours. Due to the special order we may require additional time to complete your order. Please allow two to three weeks from the time we receive your materials and payment for us to ship your completed frame. Return to top of page.
We will notify you by email as soon as your order is shipped. Estimated shipping time will be dependant on the options you choose when ordering. We ship through USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service). When filling out the order form you will have the option to select your preferred carrier and delivery method. When placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once we receive your materials and payment you will again receive a confirmation email. At this time you would also be notified of any backordered items. And finally you will be notified by email when your completed order is shipped. Return to top of page.
Be sure to hold onto original packaging and all mailing labels. Contact us and we will work with the carrier to get the damage claim taken care of. All frames are insured at time of shipment. At this point you can choose a full refund or we will be happy to work with you to recreate your frame and get it to your residence on time. Return to top of page.
We are fully capable of shipping to multiple addresses. We would just need to estimate shipping costs. Our shopping cart does not have the capabilities to calculate shipping to multiple addresses.
