For all international orders, taxes, customs fees, and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer as all of these costs are levied upon arrival into the country.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically when placing your order.  We ship all our framings through United Parcel Service (UPS). Notify us on your order form if you preferred to use another carrier service.

We package your frame with TLC (Tender Loving Care) with the expectation that it will reach you undamaged. If the frame would be damaged in shipping, please hold onto all original packaging and labels for carrier claim. Contact us and we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
